Since 2001, Health Care Compliance

Working in the compliance field involves
intense research and technical writing. Besides expertise in

procedures, HCCE has also produced forms, letters, memos,

In 2002 and 2003, HCCE was responsible for
assisting 22 counties pull their Health Insurance Portability

procedure templates were provided and customized for each
county and training was provided by the April 14, 2003
deadline.
The HCCE HIPAA templates continue to be
updated or new documents developed as new regulations are added
or revised.
Recently, HCCE developed necessary policies,
training documents and training required to comply with New
York State compliance program mandates. HCCE clients were able
to submit their December 31, 2009 compliance certifications by
deadline.
Passions & Interests
Bonnie has six + children and
three grandchildren who she is passionately in love with.
After that, her true love is writing. Her favorite place to be
is in her office, classical music in the background, a hot cup
of Earl Grey tea on the side, and immersed in a writing
project.
She has been privileged to be able to take
her love of writing and partner it with another passion. Over
the last several years, she has developed a deep and abiding
respect for the people who dedicate their lives to human
services.
She believes that the people who work in
human services are our unsung heroes. They provide vital
services in our communities and work long hours to make sure
the job gets done.
As budgets are cut, they work tirelessly to
find ways to hold on to vital programs and employees. They
know better than anyone else that the loss of
services will have potentially devastating consequences to our
most fragile and helpless residents.
Because she has witnessed this tireless
effort, Bonnie takes great pleasure in providing services to
these agencies.
